# Getting help

> Where to go when you're stuck, found a problem, or want to talk to a person

There are three ways to get help: ask the AI assistant, use the in-app
Support button, or email a person directly. This chapter covers all
three, plus what to do if you don't have an account yet.

## Ask the AI assistant

The AI assistant is the panel on the right of the app. It can answer
questions about your own data, like "which laptops are unassigned?", and
can make changes for you with your permission. It's usually the fastest
way to find an answer. See [The AI assistant](/connect/ai-assistant) for
what it can do.

## Use the in-app Support button

If the AI assistant can't help, or you've found something that looks
wrong, use the **Support** button in the top right corner of the app.
It's there on every page once you're signed in.

Opening it:

* Captures a screenshot of the page you're on automatically, so you
don't have to describe what you were looking at.
* Lets you attach extra images if one screenshot isn't enough.
* Has an optional phone number field, if you'd rather talk it through.
* Sends your message to World Asset Register's support team along with
the account email you're signed in with. Replies come back to that
  address.

## Email us directly

You can also email **[info@worldassetregister.com](mailto:info@worldassetregister.com)** at any time. This
works whether or not you're signed in, and is a good option if you'd
rather not use the in-app button.

## Before you have an account

If you don't have a World Asset Register account yet, and you have a
question about pricing, a demo, or anything else, use the
[contact page](https://worldassetregister.com/contact) on the main site.
It has an email address, a phone number, and a short form, and doesn't
require signing in.
