Billing is managed in the app under **Organisation → Billing & plan**. Billing ## Choosing a plan | Plan | Assets | Members | AI usage | | -------------- | --------- | ------- | --------------------- | | **Free** | 1,000 | 2 | Base weekly allowance | | **Pro** | Unlimited | 10 | 3× the Free allowance | | **Business** | Unlimited | 50 | 5× the Free allowance | | **Enterprise** | Unlimited | Custom | Custom | Enterprise also adds custom contracts, single sign-on, custom integrations and dedicated or on-premise hosting, arranged directly rather than self-served. Prices display in your local currency automatically, detected from your browser, though billing itself runs in AUD. ## AI usage Each plan's AI allowance resets weekly. The billing page shows how much of this week's allowance you've used and when it resets. If you run out before the reset, you can buy a usage pack to keep going. Purchased usage doesn't expire, so it carries over week to week until it's used, unlike the plan's own weekly allowance. ## Payment and invoices Upgrading, downgrading, updating your payment method and viewing past invoices all happen through the **billing portal**, a secure page hosted by our payment provider that opens from the billing page. Your card details are never handled directly by World Asset Register.
